We will be running Solution Focused Hypnotherapy groups, with a focus on the education of tools and techniques for resilience buidling, anxiety reduction and improvement of overall well-being. We will also look at how and why these tools work. We work content free, so you do not need to share to the group facilitator or the group why you are there, or what you wish to work on.
Eligibility criteria:
- Aged 18+.
- You want to and are ready to make a positive change in your life.
- You are willing to commit to 1 session a week for 6 weeks.
